This machine is designed for all kinds of plastic coat hangers to insert the metal hooks.
1.  The hooks come to the heating zone by vibration automatically.
2.  The plastic hanger piece storage area can hold 40-80 pieces at 1 time(by the thickness of the hangers).
3.  The plastic hanger piece goes to work area one by one automatically when machine is activated.
4.  The hooks inserting to the plastic hanger piece automatically.
5.  The whole process is numerical controlled.
6.  Transient heating the hooks by high frequncy machine automatically. 
7.  All the workers can operate the machine and it is very easy to maintain. 
8.  High speed and high accuracy.

9.  High efficiency and save the labour cost, 1 worker can operate 2 machines at same time.

10. Customized by different hooks and coat hangers.
11.  The efficiency is 30~35 pieces per minute.
