2. The hooks are transported to the heating zone through automatic vibration, preparing them perfectly for insertion.
3. The conveyor belt delivers the plastic pieces to the hook insertion area, where hooks are inserted automatically with high accuracy.
4. The mechanical arm expertly transports the hangers to the clip assembly area, where both sides of the clips are assembled automatically .

5. With vibrating disks positioned on both sides of the machine for efficient clip assembly. The quantity of vibrating disks can be adjusted to cater to different clip specifications.
6. The entire process is governed by precise numerical control systems, ensuring flawless operation.
